The service of airtel in muimbai is pathetic!!! And it has Been rated the best service provider in india.... So i’am really Worried about the customers of other service providers. If this is the Benchmarking for best service.... Thn people in india dont know Wht service levels are expected from a cellco....
1) call drops minimum 5 times during travelling from dadar to andheri !!! So u have to call five times...... Within 13 Minutes!!!! Gr8 service airtel... Ur the best!!!!!!
2) gprs activation request pending for 5 days!!!!! Whn u call customer service " we are really sorry sir, your service status shows unactivated, will U kindly hold while i put up a request yo activate your service. Thank
You for calling sir, ur service will be activated in 4 hrs." Madam its been 7 days now ... N i hav listened to this a minimum 8 Times!!!!
Then u visit their gallery.... Fight with undergraduate or gross Illetrate people " read customer service Executives" ... Mostly from mumbai slums... N its been 3 days Since .....
My gprs still not activated!!!!!! Airtel ur the best!!!!! Kudos sunil mittal!!! Ur company shall be soon be valued at 1000 crs. Frm the current level of 100000 crs. Keep up the service levels!!!!! Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!
