I use airtel as my mobile network from last 6 years.
But, I must say that there network service is worth less, and also valu less. I use this network from long time, it’s only one reason is they have there network in rural to rural areas. Other wise there network frequency, there data service quality all are very poor. Till now I have 135 kbps as highest speed on there 4 plan. This is worth less.
Airtel’s customers service is very poor. Some time the call center operator did not understand the customer’s actual problem and they suggested another thing. Which is funniest.
There charges is very high for there low quality services. If you compare the charge of same service in other companies then you can find Airtel’s charge is top on the list.
It is a worthless network which have lots of promises.
