Metred Mms, sms and phonecalls kept mobile service cost almost rs.10 - rs.25 with only top-up according to usage.
It never soared upto rs.160/- per month regardless of call usage.
Then came free voip call.
Next came phonepayment designed in such a way that every user must have internet aby paying rs.160/- instead of free tariff-less debit card payment using merchants phone with internet and NFC reader and app for reading debit card chip (or a portable machine). But then how could you charge rs.160 for billion Indians if the payment system doesnt force need for 5g internet across all users? So free universal debit card payment / money transfer got overlooked. But still less than fibrenet tariffs. (By the way, Phone payment was part of Nokias business case scenarios two decades ago. Peruse those documents if you dont believe me.)
We, poor folks of India on the fringes, appear like udders to be milked mercilessly
using innovative monthly tariffs of rs 160 / month and it will only soar higher. But ongoing fashion is to please billers who milk us dry.
Unlimited free local voip calls and sms lessened quality of work output.
Airtel 5g internet speed is very good but is the speed
Good enough for booking a tirumala tirupathi
darshan ticket or Sabari mala peak season trains when online booking slots open?
Answer is, as usual ultrafast Fibrenet
Users will block all slots and booking will be over before 5g users like us
despite very good speed of Airtel 5g.
