I has using this airtel service from 6 months . the network is better in the city but when I went to home at town the network will be jumping from here and there and data network is very very poor which comes around kbps only that’s irritates me like anything.so the network services in the town’s and villages is very bad .
Once I have called to customer care to talk with their exhiqutive to solve my problems it takes so much of time to connect to talk with
the officers and moreover some times they
connect to the other language officers if we need language known officers.si, the customer care services are also bad I should say.
The only thing I appreciate with them is billing and charges for balance .so there is no problem with the billing and charges .
Atlast I will not recommend these Airtel mobile operator for the people who leave in the town’s and villages.
