I tried to swap my sim from 3g to 4g so I tried to swap by getting a swap sim from a retailer. As written on that sim it takes about 1 hr for this process. But it did not swap and when I called the customer care they told that it takes about 3 hrs and again I called after 3 hrs and then they told me that it will take 1 day.vafter 1 day again I called them and she questioned me that why I did this process while my sim was working properly.? That means she dont know anything about 4g simswap process! But when I elaborated the problem she took a complain and told me that it will take 3 days to resolve the problem.! But after 3 days again I called them then they took another complain. Again after 3 days they took another complain. And after complaining again and again. They told me to go to airtel office. But I ididnt hot time. So I could not go. After about 25 days my new sim was activated automatically. But there was a new problem. 4g service was not activated in my number. So I lost some balance from my main acount which was refunded later. But when I complained them they told me that I am not in 4g area? What? I was in bhubaneswar and they were telling me that m not in 4g ate? Omg? I again complained and they took a complain. This also continued for another 20 days after which 4g service. Was activated.
So very poooooooooooorrrrr customer service.
