Ridiculous Customer Service

I didnt want to contact you all through this mode but your customer support team had made me to write and reach out to all of you. Sorry to say but your customer service sucks. I had called your customer service as I had to change my data plan (3G to 2G) but when I called your customer service, those people made fun of me and was talking in regional language.


Please have your team trained properly and hire educated people in order to give a good service to your consumers.


That lady who picked up my call named Lakshmi was talking in regional language with her colleagues and making fun of my issue rather than addressing my grievance. I do have the call recording for the same, please let me know if you need the copy of the conversation.


Moreover, when the call got escalated to your so called manager Mr. Kiran Kirti has not even apologised for the issue which occurred. One suggestion to all of you that pls hire educated people rather than hiring robotic people.


Also I want an apology call/email/letter for the inconvenience I had. Moreover, this is not the 1st time I had issues with your Customer service team, everytime I call, the call gets disconnected by your end and I had to call again but this time you people had made it too much. I want an immediate action for the same.
