Idiots sitting at their customer care service

Worst customer care service. Whenever I have balance more than 400, they cut my balance on anything and then I am left with only 70-80 bucks and the customer care service only has to say, " we can’t do anything". They have no manners to talk.


I changed my hellotune and I have been charged rs.15 and then Rs. 250 for WHOLE YEAR. I Have been trying to stop that and they say we cannot do anything.


I don’t have to use this sim much after a month, what will I do for a year subscription!


I even have recording of the whole conversation. Return my money this time or else I will file a case. This has been happening since a long time . Last time I complained about money charged for 3G. Nobody replied. This is HIGHLY IRRITATING.
