I am using airtel and I experience bad network every day. I talk on this network with my feancè he and I both experience voice disturbances breaking voice and sometimes I get no voice but call continues. They cheat us by not cutting the call in between when network is not there. According to TRAI they are suppose to give us ?1 on any hang up due to network disturbance. But they never let the call hung up by itself. When we dont get voice we hung up by ourselves. This won’t charge them. Also my video calls get very poor. Connectivity is always poor
Other than this they charge less. They give best customer support. Just they need is to come up with better networks
