Unfortunately I bought airtel postpaid simcards before 3 months in CUG basis. Before Airtel, I had another network simcard. Because of Low network coverage, I changed to Airtel, but after seeing the bill I was shocked. I used only in CUG group, but the bill amount was 3257rs. After calling customer care again and again, I raised a complaint. I did not get any response after that.
So I went to Airtel outlet which is in Chrompet, Chennai. Really nobody should walk into that outlet, those people are arrogant.. They treated me as a beggar. From there itself I called up Nodal officer, that Guy was also stupid(i dont know how he is sitting as Nodal) He also said the same blo blo.. Then I broke the simcard in that outlet itself.
I didnt receive any single call when I raised a complaint, but after this incident I received 10-15calls daily, to collect the bill amount. I paid only the rental amount with tax. What should I do further, pls guide me, daily am getting irritating calls from customer care to my alternate number.
