Worst Customer Service In INDIA

I had an Issue if I am saying once its ok but it keeps repeating, I was getting 150 free SMS per day 1 sms will be charged 60 paise after that free for 150 smses, It was going good for past 4 years even though I had lots of issues like sudden charges without activating any thng on my own they use to deduct. But I tolerated but this time few weeks back.


They started charging 60 paise per SMS without any prior notification and charged me aroung 120 rs when I called customer rep he said there is an issue with sms service will be rectified within 24 hours after 24 hours it was the same case when I called cus rep he listened and disconnected, when I called again the next rep picked my call started laughing at me and said boss ur plan is changed when I asked when did you send a notification and why did the previous rep mislead me by saying sms issues will be rectified within 24 hours she started being rude and started saying


Boss I am saying you will get charged so you will get charged. When I said I want to speak to Team Lead she said speak to whom ever you want we dont care and she disconnected my call. Till date its charging me for smses . Is this the way you should be trated to be a loyal customer with AIRTEL is this the way you run the business. than am sorry you are no good for sustaining in this business. They hire whom ever they want and they treat us as if they are doing a favour to us. Worst Customer Service Bangalore AIRTEL. 4 years with AIRTEL and this is what you get.
