I guess you might have faced these kind of worst service from this company. The customer care people are so intelligent that they give irrelevant answers to your questions and irritate you on call and you dont believe that now a days customer care people have started giving miss calls while you are totally busy in some meeting or other work to disturb you and make scratch you head to think who the bloody hell gave missed call you in this busy time.(As you can not use you mobile in imp meetings).
You know what, these people even do give IVR promotion calls even though you have registered for "DND." In mean while these postpaid connections people keep calling thrice a weak asking for new post paid connection or to convert present one you are using, when you have clearly told idiots I am not interested dont call me, and the best thing the conversation with you will be in language which you dont know and this case the idiot who called he will not understand what you are saying and the same for you.
I recommended Airtel users to PORT their sim card to your best ones you like and do not entertain these kind of worst companys who cannot give proper service to a valued customer. "I even do not want to rate this for poor because its more worsted than that!"
