It’s no more the old n honest one.they have grown up as smart frauds now-a-days.first they let us know(at least this was the feeling the customers had, that is airtel let their customers feel that way) that if we became their lifetime sim holders we would enjoy the benefit of full talk time.and when we spent Rs.999 accepting comparatively costlier call charges, these bloody frauds all on a sudden let us know that if we recharge spending Rs.222 we won’t get any more than Rs.197 as talk value.
If you recharge with any less than Rs.337(or so) you won’t get full talk time for which you probably have spent your hard earned Rs.999.they used to provide a modest customer care service.now we have to hold for at least 20 minutes to talk to our namakharam servants.if you had any previous promo active when you recharged with Rs.999, you would lose all the services and benefits( lesser call charges and sms ballances) due to you.the govt. should look into it.these trapping and cheating of customers should come to an end immediately.
