Zero customer care!

Dear friends,


After taking the airtel connection, I decided one thing..dont fell in the traps laid by the marketing people after hearing their hollow words. ’’Airtel offers’’ in kerala are meant only to fool the fellow coustomers.


I got their regular prepaid sim for Rs200 and really strived after that. The connection stopped after four days, saying that I didnt submitted the address proof which I already filled and submitted to them. They asked to resent it via fax.


I thus spend extra money from my pocket to sent that address proof! But the problem prevailed even after that and they didnt activated my account. I contacted their Trivandrum and Kochi care centers, but in vain. Finally I told them that I decided to approach the consumer court. To my surprise the sim was activated immediately after that, really it took only one hour to act!


Now I am really free from their SERVICE! Airtel’s consumer care is too poor.
