I bought Airtel Device from airtel website by seeing the offer of airtel secure. it is clearly mentioned on the website along with offer.
Network is extremely poor and just cant get data and calling service at my workplace and home for which I complained in the month of May 2018 however it was taken in consideration in July or august 2018 I paid my bills till august and now I have not paid last two months bill deliberately because I have been asking Airtel for an email stating that they have taken my complaint however Airtel is not giving me that on email. now my services have been barred due to non payment. This is an insult to me for their mistake. why should I pay for something which is a loss to me due to false commitments. unless my services arent activated asap and I dont get and email about my complain I will not pay the bill.
