As someone told me to take Airtel connection, I did not thought about this at all.
3 months ago when my postpaid connection sim got lost I called customer care right away and tried to block the sim to avoid billing related problems.
but that plan failed flat at ground as after repeated phone calls and follows with their so-called customer care sim bills kept coming and bill amount increased all the through the time.
now after 3 months they started to force me to pay the bill.
after I refused to pay as it was totally wrong airtel sent me a court summon letter to pay the bill.
so all in all after long time of disputes and other quarells I managed to reduce the bill to 50% but still had to 1000 rs extra from the time of sim getting lost.
please avoid airtel as much as possible as these incidents are way to common now days.
