I have been been using airtel since 7 years and I have faced many good as well as bad experience with this connection.
I wrote this review just because I wanted to share my bad experience with airtel mobile operators.
As we are aware of many minor issue like network problems and many other.
But my todays concern is not which those minor issues but with major issue which is account balance deduction.
It souls very vare because not every mobile operator has to face this problem.
But this has became very common for me as they use to deduct random balance from my account for nothing after that when we call them. They say that I have activated something.
I am using unlimited pack then why would I activate any other something after talking to senior cce, they refund the same deducted balance in my account along with the apology and same process repeats every two three months I dont know when they would stop deducting balance from my account.
I am only using airtel connection just because it is the best network connectivity on our locality otherwise I have stopped using it very earlier.!
