Respected Sir/Madam,
I’m Sri Prasid Ranjan Dutta from West Bengal. I use GPRS connection from Airtel. Last one year they don’t give me proper service. But I pay money every month. I contact with them more than 300 times. They deny my issue as well as they don’t care. When I launch a complain they assure me to solve my issue but till now they don’t give me solution. Just cheating with me. Even they block my call to customer care. I don’t income much more thus I don’t wish to give up my connection! My Airtel number is 0993301360X
Please help as soon as possible.
Fact: When I try to download from my connection I got speed below 1kbps. Rarely 2-3 kbps. I use an EDGE enable handset. Even when I launch a complain, I don’t get any kind help. Really Airtel cheat with me.
