Hello friends, today we are talking about airtel that is most trustable service provider in india before Jio, but after jio airtel lost their customer so let’s talk about my opinion on this so let’s get started.
NETWORK= I Think the network was good in airtel so I can’t told about network beacause everybody know about airtel’s network and that network is good at all.
CUSTOMER SERVICE= The customer service was not good at all as I think first when we call to airtel they don’t attend our call untill 5 min and after they attend they attend the call and not talk properly so I don’t like customer service at all.
CHARGES AND BILLING= The charges and billing are not good at all in airtel and this is the most disadvantage of airtel, although they know that jio in the field but they don’t loss their prizes and they get with same so I request to airtel plese don’t do this and improve yourself plese! beacause we all like you.
