Customer care is worst

Going to customer care head office thinking that they will help our issue, But it is same as calling 121 from my mobile , if you call 121 they say to go to customer care. They think customers are jokers.


If you send a mail to activate blackberry enterprise connection they will enable blackberry but not customer required and when call them they start asking everything by the time I tell the issue call gets cut and call again and again but no solution. They do what they like and not what we need. If we call customer care they say need to get in touch with relationship manager when there is no relationship manger information with them .


This auto generated mail is useless and given 24hours customer service feedback is for customer eye wash.
