Very bad service and if you get struck with overcharged bill, no one would listen to you and ultimately get disconnected or pay high charge bill. I had bad experience, email written by me is as below
This is to bring to your notice that I had taken Airtel connection (9971XXXXXX) 5 years back and had never opted for data services. The activation of GPRS done by Airtel was not with my concurrence and approval. Usage charges were never communicated.
I have been taking this up with appellate authority, Nodal team and customer care teams for last 5 months without any conclusion. Instead of understanding the issue they are only threatening me and my family for payment and legal action.
It is a wrong business practice of Airtel. Last year also a caller tune was activated on my mobile without consent and was known to me only after billing.
