Illiterate customer care representatives(For example, if you ask them a question, the standard response is: "Thank you for asking the question. Can u wait one second on hold maam. I will check it. I will check for you. Give me one moment maam. Is it ok maam?" - They take about 3 minutes to say this. They retrieve the call from hold and say: "Thank you so much for your patience maam. Im sorry to say that our server is down and I dont have any information as of now. OK maam? Im happy to speaking with you maam. Anything else you want to know maam?) - And they have the audacity to charge me for this call!
Youll never figure out how to log on to their cheesy website
Even pre-paid users get charged 3 times the amount for 1 call - i.e. Each call is 50p. But when you talk for 57 seconds, they deduct Rs1.50!
Even if you disconnect the call before 1 minute is up, theyll charge you for 2 calls.
They steal from customers to pay for their pompous advertisements.
