It must have been so very tough for them to keep their customer care services at such low standards.
If I start I cant just stop. Call response time - never less than 5 minutes. Them system is not available due to technical probs/upgrades - 50% of times .. 80% of times calls get dropped while you are put on hold by customer care reps. Customer care reps can never be of any help, they are being trained to speak a few lines without listening. They will keep on repeating the same without listening to your issues ..
I tried to get my plan changed .. already 6 months and still am unable to .. at least 25 different requests escalations .. but nothing happened, requested for cancellation of my connections from last 3 months .. still nothing is happening.
They are trained to test your patience and frustrate you beyond all limits.
Dont ever take airtel.. would be well off without a phone.
