I made a recharge for Rs 200 on 11th Oct and 13th Oct .made only 4-5 calls. and my whole balance got deducted.


I raised a complaint with airtel customer care n they said that deductions are as per usage. Even on asking 4-5 times they not even shared my usage details. They have no proof but deduct consumer money as per their wish. Its a worst service provider.
