I am using Airtel from like seven to eight years & I can say that it’s best telecom service provider in terms of network range. I have never seen a place where there is a network problem in my carrier. But while there are many benefits, there are disadvantages also like their big charges, less offers & many other things.
It’s is the costliest service provider than everybody. Moreover it also cheat its customers some times by activating their packs automatically & charging for that. It’s packs are also costliest in the market. It’s customer support is also the worst kind of support, they never listen to the customers & also charge for the customer support service.
At the present time, I am facing difficulty to recharge my mobile no. from online recharging sites like freecharge & paytm etc. Moreover all these sites has stopped their offers for airtel users completely.
So I am thinking about porting my connection to idea.
