The said no.1 telecom company Airtel or known as Bharti Airtel is realy money looter company. I personaly using airtel sim from last 7 years more. Even my whole family is using the aitel sim. But I am not satisfied with the company, basically it makes empty my pocket always.
Network coverage
May be airtel have a wider coverage area, but we suffered can say everytime its call drop problem. We can’t even complete an emergency call.
No 3g network in our area
The company is saying about 4g network all over India but still today in my area it fails to add even 3g network at all even it collect a high amount of revenue from our area.
Call charges is high
Call charges is more in compare with other company and it increases more day by day. Even after recharge a power pack it charges 1.2 paisa to 1.6 paisa per 2 second while other companies charging 1 to 1.2 paisa for the same call.
Data Charge
The data packs are costs really heavy in compare with other companies. I have using more than 4gb data every month and it costs me a rupees of 500 or more. The price for a 1gb 3g data pack for 28 days it charges 146 rupees while others are charging just 99 rupees for same data. And it does not give a good offer to its customers at all. Also when we using 3g/4g any where we can’t get constant signal from the tower.
Even this company cuts rupees on different ways from customers wallet. So I say this company is only focussing on loot of customers money inspite of providing Good service.
