There was a day when Airtel is known for its superior services and happy customers. As a network carrier everybody wants airtel as their first preference. But now there services are deteriorating day by day.
I am also facing a lot of problems because of their poor network services. When ever in night , I have to talk to my near and dears ( using the same airtel as carrier) the call gets disconnected more than 30 times in a time span 1 hour. And with this the charges are levied on the customers because the call gets disconnected before one cycle is completed. Might be this is one of the trick of airtel to make huge profits. I think I am not the only one in India who are facing the same kind of problems. So, come on friends we have to unite and have to be that much loud which makes there ear drums bursts. We are the customers. we have the power. It is we, who make Airtel the most preferred carrier. We have to make them realize that if we can build we can also destroy. So it is a massage to airtel we do not want advertisements of :" Har ek friend zaroori hota hai" we want you to focus upon " Har eek customer ko Achi services denni itni zaroori hoti hai".
