I have used so many providers till date and found Airtel the worst. Recently I took aprepaid connection and its been suspended from 8 days after I submitted the required documents twice. Airtel has not received those documents till now. I have no idea how best I can deliver those documents. The customer care representative speaks as a clown and responds like dumb.
I have almost Rs 200 stuck in their and not being useful to me in any sense. My incoming and outgoing calls are suspended for no reason. Even I requested to provide me incoming calls for some days till it gets resolved but they rejected my plea.I called so many times trying to find atlast one good responsive representative but all in vain. They got trained to speak a single sentence consecutively for 5-8 times like I understand sir, I will help you sir continuously without listening to your queries or concerns. Still I am awaiting Airtel to reactivate my connection.
