Call dropping is now part of services provided by almost all cell service providers & they care to hoots as they gain. Recently govt has pulled these service providers for these defects & as usual in our country no remorse expressed.
Can mouthshut take this up please. Unfortunately all service providers are same & little can be achieved by switching service providers. Some are worse !!!
Only in India does the middle class have to swallow all they provide & put up a smiling face & we actually do. Only thing that works well is the billing section which promptly sends the bill & cut you off sometimes even though you have paid.
Like in the case of my brother’s connection, who had to suffer at peak time of imtex exhibition at Bangalore a fortnight ago. They are into exhibition stalls & you can imagine their losses & frayed tempers due to disconnection for no fault of theirs.
