As it is advertised about Airtel, its very lucrative, yhe ongoing ads are Happy Recharge , best network & what not, but better ask a real user . I fail to understand what Happy Recharge (full talktime) has any meaning where the call charges are so high!, network is understood to be the best as advertised even prevails in a jungle, OK it exists there , but what when one is living in a heart of a city???
whenever , wherever I have come through airtel it has just made us suffer.All of the above are the experiences to a side, but moreover if u call up there customer care (customer care?)executives,
you feel they are the most untrained & mannerless people.
we unluckily in a promotional offer of Hero Honda bikes happened to get a motorola mobile phone with an airtel connection whish was supposed to have a credit of Rs.2000/-talktime for local calls & 1000 sms to be valid for a year if one recharges their phone every month with a Rs.200 recharge voucher, the initial balance was Rs.50/- , which is other than Rs.2000/-, so we decided to recharge after a month with Rs.200 voucher, the first Rs.50 balance got over in 5 days, so to let our SIM be active , we recharged with rs.200 voucher, which was about to expire till then we did not receive any credit of either the promotional balance or the 1000 sms, eventually getting dissatisfied with persistent mismanneredly answered responses, we decided to forego any balance, & not to have any airtel connection, & also because the sim was not valid because of recharge, our free motorola which was loched with the card, is also now a child’s toy!!!!
