What to say about this mobile operator once upon a time this was the leading mobile operator especially in quality of signals but these days not even getting single point in main cities.
I wonder will airtel only give advertisement or respond to our requests I raised an request related to their signal problem in vizag jagadamba area where most of the time my father in law have single point in his samsung costly mobile after receiving complaint they raised ticket but till date I don’t see any solution for the problem and they closed the ticket stating it was resolved(may be the folks who closed the ticket have greater signals in their mobile) hell out even I am facing same issue and planning to have mobility to other provider after using this provider for 5 long years.
Come airtel please regain your standards by giving quality services back to your customers
