I suggest everyone please don’t take airtel blackberry connection as its total crap I am facing the network issues the day I bought blackberry and airtel is just sleeping I am complaining since past 6 months and still no help they are just sleeping and I call or complain they say we will do something.
Even in roaming area is total waste as airtel network is total crap so I suggest dont stuck with airtel as I am facing problem from last 6 months and airtel is not at all solving my issues my airtel no.
Where I am facing problem is 9871719499 I am playing aprox bill of 2000 everymonth still total waste I am going to deactive the airtel’s crap service and even survey has been done is march and thye agree that cellcite not working fine but still no one doing anything I have contacted nodal office and sent mail mails to 121 and bb.support but still old same story and excuse that we will do something soon
