AIRTEL CXOs TOO STUPID TO MAINTAIN A WEBSITE

So, I went to Airtel.in to try to make use of their call manager feature, wherein a customer should be able to block a specific nuisance number from calling their SIM.


As usual, their website does not even function. The feedback page does not work, and the Call Manager page does not even open after entering log in credentials, I only see a blank page.


I tried using multiple browsers, cookies allowed, etc. ad nauseam, and the site simply does not function.


This is pure idiocy, apathy and negligence by Airtel’s upper management. They don’t even value their customers enough to maintain a website.


If Mouthshut’s staff can maintain a functional, user friendly website, wtf is Airtel’s excuse for not maintaining theirs?


Airtel has business in multiple countries, making it an MNC, so they got billions, if not trillions, of not only rupees, but USD and other currency too, and all their CXOs have expensive university degrees, yet STILL they are too stupid, apathetic and downright incompetent to even maintain a website!


This is NOT the first time I’m having problem with Airtel site not functioning. I’ve always found it impossible to pay online via Airtel.in as well, so even when you want to give the greedy pigs some money, even then they refuse to provide a functional website to customers!


Furthermore, they are notorious for call drops, calls failing to connect, and SMS messages being severely delayed or never reaching recipients at all- and this is a 2 way problem.
