Poor Customer service

The worst service I have received from any mobile operator.


My post paid corporate connection was activated after a month of collection of documents and the same was stopped after 15 days without any communication.


The relationship manager who had collected the documents is not picking his mobile. Nobody is taking onus of the issue and not ready to provide any solution. I was asked to submit my ID and address proof again. But the Airtel gallery staff has refused to accept the same. It is indeed a great humiliation for any customer.
