For the past 3 years I have noticed the Quality of Service degrading day by day.
The Network Coverage is poor.
Voice breakage.
Huge call drops.
The cc people are trained to tell LIES just like Mittal so they always lie stating they will call back or will resolve the issue soon. Which will never happen.
Most of the time their CC servers are down. Pitty they are not able to maintain their own servers, so how can we expect them to provide proper service.
