Airtel is providing lot of services and no. of value added services but don’t have consistency to maintain the service And when your Hello Tune is started is not known by subscriber. I’ve been a victim of these trade practice
For eg. I have recharged of Rs. 111 And got value of Rs.125 with one month validity . AFTER 10 day me recharged with same amount I got Rs.11o only for 10 ten day retailer also unaware about this kind of scheme. And when you are contacting customer care they receive call and than put up a side.... so morale is that use mobile portability and use freedom from **airtel *Monopolostic services....
