I wld first like to say that Airtel does not stop disturbing my privacy by calling and by constantly sending text messages about all kind of crap that I don’t want. PLUS they deduct from my balance without my consent, for GAMES or something else. I have no idea where they get the right. And I never reply to any of their stupid adss!!
I’ve been to their costumer service shop for both these annoying problems and they just look at me as if I come from another planet. What an incompetent company. So why don’t I change provider? I did that 4 times, but each provider has his own shortcomings. Or I can’t receive sms or I cant send them, whatever.
All Indian providers need to shape up and for Gods sake, leave the costumer in peace!
