I am not getting enough Signal in my home, and I have raised complaints atleast 15 times, but so far the problem remains as it is even after 6 months. I have called the customer care innumerable number of times but the response has been the same, some one will look into this. In India customer care itself means something remote to every one, and out of all, Airtel seems to be the worst.
In the past, I had some billing issue, can you believe it that it took nearly 5 months to fix this problem. Each time one department of Airtel used to blame the other (Billing) and this saga continued. I have made atleast 100 calls to resolve this issue.
Another issue was change of address. They took nearly 1 year to change my address. Again each time each customer rep gave some reason why they cannot change.
