I have been using Airtel for quite a long time and found its service to be not satisfactory. They charge for the service which I never remember subscribing. I receive SMS’s even after subscribing to their DND service. Call rates are also very high as compare to other mobile operator. I always user their 3G services which are now became an irriatation for me as the 3G connectivity in the city has gone worse.( I think they are imposing 4G on us and reduced 3G speed for this) I am seriously thinking to switch to some other mobile operator as I no more afford Airtel and its stupidity.
The most bitter part is their customer service which does everything except solving our issues. They like an idiot forward the calls here and there and never comes with a solution.
