AIRTEL - PATHETIC SERVICE

Airtel service is pathetic. All they know to disconnect the mobile charges if someone fails to pay the money.


Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen.


I took this service as per a corporate plan. Since Jan till now - all the 4 numbers included in the corporate plan are being charged extra (for 8 months). If you call or visit them, the only answer they have is - they will look into it..and someone will get back in 24 hrs....oh yes..and then you get another message that - someone will get back to you after 1000 hours.......Worst service I have ever seen.


I was told the problem has been solved...but it hasn’t....AGain - as the customer care rep says....as per our new process, you will get a customer care id..what the hell! is this a new process???? and what do I do with it......just give me my MONEY back.....and start my mobile numbers.....


Whoever wants to go for Airtel - never ever take their extra services....Their plans/packages have lot of hidden things in it.....and plus they do not rectify the mistakes they do.....
