Airtel - Third Class Service

Imagine you have some problem with your Airtel connection or simply wish to re-charge your prepaid phone and have an Airtel Gallery luckily in your vicinity, you would surely think of going in the Gallery.


But in case of Airtel, its better to rely on the dealers than the Airtel Gallery. They provide the most pathetic service in the whole universe.


Yesterday, I thought of recharging my cell and went to an Airtel Gallery. I have a Mumbai Number and since I stay in Vasai, I went to a Vasai Airtel Gallery. I told them I wish to recharge for Rs 2204/- for which I would receive Rs 2000/- as my talktime which would be valid for 6 months. I was already having this information. The Executive agreed and told me that she would do it, but to be on the safe side its better that I confirm the validity with the Airtel toll free number.


Unfortunately, the Toll free was not working at that time and I told them to contact their Airtel authorities in Mumbai directly and help me.


The answer was ’’Sorry, we cant make a call from here’’. It was the most disgusting thing for the Executive to straight away say NO to me. If its a dealer, its understandable, but this was a big gallery. The funniest part of the whole episode was that the Head of the team was simply listening to everything but did not remove one word from his stupid mouth.


The Executives are least bothered of anybody walking in the gallery. They just put their hands up and say ’’They can’t do anthing’’.


I told them that this was the most third class service every received.
