Speeds and connectivity
The place where I live receive is very low Airtel speed. I have complaint a lot of times regarding this speed they don’t even take your request into account. They check their computers and say that connectivity signals are poor there but they do not take any steps for increasing in the speeds.
Plans and costs
When compared to other operators Airtel is very costly and then not provide the speeds though. Now due to the emergement of jio
It decreased its plan rates otherwise it would be 5 times the same price
Customer service
Do they do not provide the exact solution they’ve been to provide good explanation so if you call a customer care you would hang up only with satisfaction.
It’s fake promises add hidden terms and condition
Now a lot of cases is been filed against Airtel due to not retrieving the terms and conditions clearly they have literally fooled us. I would not recommend this operator to anybody
