This is by Far the worst customer service I have ever seen.Name wrong, email wrong and the number allocated wrong.Tried to get things sorted for 4 months, wrote emails to nodal officers, spoke to atleast 15 customer agents, CCed Sunil Bharti mittal, reached out on FB, twitter emails and what not.
Changed nothing.
They lie without guilt , never ever call back, never read your emails. The entire system is being run by email servers which keep sending bogus emails. Also wrote a blog, still no effect on airtel.
I wish I could give 0 rating or negative.
