Very poor customer care even we pay for each call

Well, being the largest telecom company, Airtel thinks that they can make their customers fool very easily just because their network service is good. But this reliable network end up landing in too many problems. First of all we pay 50p per 3 mins..


And then their rep keep on putting the call on hold for long long time.. I do not understand how fetching customer details from their system takes more than a minute, and if it does then why should we pay for it? and if you argue on this the rep will say sir system is bit slow please hold the line.. and at the end we end up holding and taking for more than 20 mins.


Well very poor service.
