I am a airtel user since years and lately the services have degraded and todays incident was an extreme.
I use 3G datapack of Rs 99 or 198 every month.3 days back for the first time I had received an SMS from AIRBBU that my data pack will expire on July 10, 2014 and same would be reactivated and I wish to deactivate the same please send deactivate message. Having good faith in AIRTEL the so called biggest service providing company, I believed that the datapack has renewed. Instead of renewal my account was deducted with Rs 91(approx) for data usage.
Upon calling the customer care twice, I was not given any resolution and also in both calls, I was asked to wait to speak to senior executive. While waiting call gets disconnected with a message that "our customer care executive is busy on another call, please call later". Also during the second call Mr prabhat instead of providing the resolution was laughing sarcastically. When I mentioned the same to him he laughed again and asked me to hold for senior.(Reference # of calls CBDMO20711370761 and RPOUP40711367464)
If they do not have basic customer care facility how can they claim to be the largest network provider.
It is not the question of Rs 91, it is the question of business ethics, integrity and most importantly customer support.Can they provide me a resolution? Can they win my trust again? Can they remove that disgusting feeling of a customer care executive grinning?
I am gonna give a very strong feedback to my company who provides corporate connections to its employees.
