Number one cheaters

Number one cheat company, avoid at any cost.

I contacted the Airtel executive in my company to get a corporate connection. The guy promptly came and collected the documents and charged me Rs 200 for a micro SIM. I paid the amount and didn’t care then for the lack of receipt as I expected that such a big company won’t cheat for such a trivial amount. Since the guy came to my office, I expected that they will provide me a bill later or the amount will be reflected in the first bill. No, I was wrong.

The trouble started when the SIM that guy delivered was found to be a nano SIM, no use for me. Now this guy was absconding and after I complained, he called me to tell that he was sick and hospitalized. Ok, I believed him. Still, Airtel was taking no action and just assured me that the executive will provide me some adapter to use nano SIM in a micro slot. Nothing happened even after ten days. The concerned executive was not well, I can understand. But isn’t it the responsibility of the company to provide proper services to the customers that an employee on leave was dealing with.

I wrote many angry mails to Airtel asking for refund. Now instead of trying to convince me to stay, they asked for a receipt to process the refund that they never provided a receipt for.

A highly irresponsible service, no customer care and a company cheat to the core. Avoid these robbers at any cost and save your hard earned money from these cheats. I vow never to use any Airtel service for the rest of my life.
