Few months back I switched to Airtel from Reliance through MNP(Mobile Number Portability) as Reliance mobile internet service was extremely sluggish and slow. Initially, the Airtel service was quite good but gradually it started to decline. Since the last one and half month both Airtel 2G and 3G service has been extremely slow throughout Assam. The net just crawls.
Repeated complaint to customer care by phone and Airtel Facebook page has not yield anything except the usual lip-service. I’m left wondering whether it was a wise decision to shift to Airtel. Now see their temerity to leapfrog to 4G when they are unable to provide decent 2G and 3G services to customers.
