The customer satisfaction being one of the key footfalls and roots of any cellular service provider company. Yes, Im here talking about one of the best cellular network provider company "Airtel" to one of the worst in the market.
The feeling of utilising a companys post-paid cellular network made me think that I would be acquire a seamless service in terms of cellular network, data transfer and more importantly the customer services. But no, I understood that I was in a wrong dilemma. As, I started using the companys service from 2016 when I moved to Shillong, Meghalaya. I noticed that I was in the city in clouds(Meghalaya), with this consideration "Airtel" was the best choice to opt for as the company that the best network services(courtesy- Airtel adds) with the special say for the North eastern part of India. I took up the monthly rental(₹ 599) plan which was more than sufficient for me in overall terms, as required for personnel. Well it was no less than a year the companys real issues such as poor cellular network as in call congestion, untimely disconnection, un-audible voice if stepped a foot ahead, behind or sideways. The offer intrigued me with the data that was provided on monthly bases i.e. 40GB on base plan and additional 10GB for first 6 months which gets renewed successively for the same period. Later, it made me clear that the data transfer service of "Airtel" in that region was hardly usable, mark my words, even the apps such as "WhatsApp Messenger" and their own "Airtel app" could hardly get refreshed when scrolled down. Thats one way to increase your data balance to just show-off. With other cellular network provider such as Jio, Vodafone had a quality service in these locations. Lastly, the resolver of all solutions faced by consumers the "customer service representative" would say the tower connection is required, well a genuine solution and understandable, they claimed the service request will be taken care within 3 months, well I said thats great. Which then escalated to 6, 9, 12 and actually still counting to the present date. To be said the guys opting "Airtel" in North eastern part of India would be one more reason to get our trip in fall.
