Be careful with Airtel before u chose Airtel. worst customtakeouter service, cheating people with high amount of bills, heavy call charges than other networks. I am one of the victims of airtel for any issue if we walkin to any airtel store, that’s it your day will be gone away, especially @ Madhapur, hyderabad store, there will be always 2 counters empty though they have people there and they time pass with customtakeouters even for small issue because they get some time to do time pass with out work. I submitted proofs after a month my network got stopped.
I went to the same store and asked they said it got rejected because of unfilled docs. who has to take care of filling the document either airtel or me, they don’t care of their customtakeouters. for postpaid connection I submitted the same docs there was no problem and everything was ok as because it’s postpaid and with in 10 days of time I got 1000 rupees bill by mentioning value added services, downloaded a game etc... all these. the fact is I am using a basic level phone where we cant’ browse internet also. when I saw it I got shocked. Immediately I cancelled it.
Many people @ the customtakeouter service centers are scolding them as they are making them to wait for such a long time. when ever we call to customtakeouter care they keep us on line for longer time as it’s charged and our issue will not be solved.
In my family we are using 4 connections of airtel. I am going to port into another network.
the buggers only care of the money where they get, remaining they don’t care of prepaid customtakeoutrers and they give *in service.
