Airtel sim is not of use and it just pnics me doesnt do any work.this is the worst sim you can use.its network is never there always dum and cant use it properly no network at all and a very poor network coverage .you just cant use it in your home you have to hold it up in the air or go outside which is waste of tme and boring.
its customer service is ok ok but not to good for which we should appreceiate.they give us many solutions which dont work at all I think they are having fun with us.
charges and billing is though worst.it expensive compared to other sim cards and plana are not of use and hardly any one uses it.
I suggest you to "not" use the sim.
