I am using Airtel (Prepaid) from last 5 years.

1) Network Coverage is good, I never had any problem. I stay in Hyd frequently visit Tirupathi and other places in AP. I never faced any network problem. Recently visited Mumbai network was good.
2) Better Customer Support - Customer care support is good( thats y now all the network’s started charging 50ps for 3 min for voice support - Happy with that), I had problems with configuring my handset with PC, GPRS/MMS settings CC peoples helped me with that.
And once I activated GPRS service ( 98Rs Month plan) and was not able to access any page( 15 days past no improvement), I called the CC person they refunded 50Rs to me and sent me new setting and it worked.
3) I went to Airtel Office(Begumpet, Hyd) once response was good. Well organised service - Separate section for prepaid and post.
(Hidden truth POST paid peoples will get more importance then prepaid... :( )

1) I tried to call my friend it was BSNL number, I get a recorded voice saying "The Airtel Number ur trying to call is Currently Switched off"
I dont understand y Airtel....its BSNL
Whenever u make a call, if ur balance is less then 10Rs u will get a voice saying that u have less balance.....bla blabla , so I have to disconnect and dial again.
2) Limited Offers...
Airtel doesnt have attractive offers like Vodafone or Aircel does
Even the 1ps plan started after all the networks started offering.
The per day plan started recently in Airtel.. It was there in Vodafone, Docomo from long back
3) Some times u get charged without making a call
I tried to call a number, the moment I press the call button reading started....the phone was not even ringing.... :(
